Order Changes & Cancellations

• All requests must be received before your order has entered the fulfillment or shipping phase.
• Once an order is processed, packaged, or handed to the carrier, no further changes can be made.

Once your order has moved into the shipping phase, we are unable to intercept it. If you still wish to return the item after it arrives, please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to send the item back for a refund or exchange.

• 🚫 Post-Shipment: Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
